A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. A trigger point in the back, for example, may produce referral pain in the neck, shoulder, hip... The results and benefits of a trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain.
This massage is a convenient, quick way to enjoy the benefits of massage, all you have to do is relax in a specially designed chair. By using acupressure points and a combination of sports and Chinese massage techniques, this massage treats the most common areas of tension and stress. Chair massage is clothing and oil optional.
